Professor Kisaragi created the android Cutey Honey. He made her with the 'Fixed System of Air Elements' that creates anything out of thin air. Panther Claw, an evil organization, desires this device and will stop at nothing! Not even Professor Kisaragi who is tragically killed. Honey swears revenge and will stop at nothing to destroy the Panther Claw.
